Oxsites provides website design, hosting, and related services as described in your plan. We work with you to create a professional online presence tailored to your business needs.
Project fees are due as agreed in your quote. Hosting fees are billed monthly. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.
You agree to provide timely content, feedback, and approvals during the project. You must ensure you have the rights to all content you supply, including images, text, and logos.
You retain ownership of your site content. Oxsites grants you full rights to the delivered website upon receipt of full payment. Third-party licenses (fonts, images, plugins, domains) remain with their respective owners.
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, abusive, or malicious purposes. Security breaches, spam, or abuse of resources may result in immediate suspension without notice.
Services are provided "as is". Oxsites is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
You may cancel hosting services with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, you will continue to pay for the remaining months of your 12 month contract, and then we will provide your site files. Please note that some features may stop working if moved off our platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
